Update…
This month I have:
-I have prayer walked on bar street in the mornings.
-I have walked into the bars and have heard and seen things I hope the women inside of there will break free from and will never have to experience again.
-I have cried with tears of thankfulness.
-I have bonded with the girls from my team in a huge way- they are forever my sisters now.
-I rode an elephant and seen such beautiful parts of Thailand.
-I have pet giant and baby tigers.
-I have been Jonah in a skit for kids in the slums.
-I have gotten words and scripture for people.
-I have prayed with boldness.
-I have gotten lice and shared my friends with a couple of girls I live with.
-I have seen the true character and love from my squad leader and teamates and squad mates as they spend hours digging through my hair to help me not have to shave my head. :/
-I have learned to say "hello" and "thankyou" in Thai. and that's it. haha
-I've had a ladyboy do my makeup.
– I have seen many different cultures come together to celebrate new years with floating lanterns.
　
It's been an amazing month. I am blessed beyond words.
