If you’ve been following my journey at all you’ll know that we were supposed to be headed to Bulgaria next month. But the Lord had different plans…
Last week our leadership team presented us with an opportunity to work in Greece for the month of October and we decided say yes!
We will be partnering with Euro Relief to provide aid for over 3,000 refugees that are currently residing on the island of Lesvos (also called Lesbos or Mitilini). This will include processing & housing new arrival refugees; distributing hygiene kits, food, and clothing; and providing recreational relief from their traumatic circumstances.
Our team along with two other teams from our squad will all be serving together next month. In order to make this happen we need your help!
Because of the unexpected fees associated with our reroute to Greece we will have to raise another $2,300 between our three teams. This averages out to about $128.00 per person.
We know that the Lord will be faithful to provide these funds & we are excited to see all that God has in store for us next month.
