First of all – THANK YOU to those who have made a donation to my World Race account so far. I feel so blessed that I have made the first fundraising deadline of $3,500. Praise the Lord!
Raising $16,277 is beginning to be one of the biggest business challenges I have taken on, but the great thing is I have God on my team for this one. I firmly believe that He would not put something so clearly and radically on my heart and not provide the support I need.
So, you might be wondering, “$16,277 – that’s A LOT of money. Why?!” I would say “Yeah, you’re telling me!” But a little breakdown on how this money is used and spent:
Not all of us are “1%-ers”. I totally get it, trust me! But by committing to supporting me with $15 a month for 11 months you will be giving a total of $165 and funding 1% of the mission!
$15 x 11 months = $165 = 1% of $16,227
