Surprise! We’re flying to London instead of Johannesburg. Due to complications with the airport and riots here in bangkok we realized it wasn’t the best use of our time to wait around in hopes of getting to Africa at some point. The only flights that are leaving right now are going to Europe. So, the 32 of us are flying out early tomorrow morning heading for Jolly Ol’ England. We’ll be spending the month of December ministering there and then we’ll proceed to Africa.
Pray for safe travel as we head off to a military base south of the city and hop on our plane. I couldn’t be more excited! Christmas and New Years are my favorite holidays and spending them in a magical place like London is such a gift. And as an added bonus… I get to finally be cold. It’s been entirely to long since I was able to snuggle up in a warm jacket with a scarf wrapped around neck.
Also, Happy Birthday Dad! You are the best dad I could ask for and I love you so much! Thanks for all your support and encouragement!
