So apparently this is considered South America. Which means we´ve hit 5 continents in the past 9 months. Now we just have Australia and Antarctica to go!

We rode a bus for 15 hours yesterday and last night and arrived in Panama City at 4:00 am. An hour later and all of us are here at the hostel sleeping where we can find a place for our bodies. There are seven people upstairs in a hot storage room laying all over our 26 large backpacks, probably about eight people on the five open beds, six of us here on the wireless internet in the lounge, and the rest are wandering the streets.

I walked around for a bit trying to find a good spot to watch the sunrise. I found a park bench overlooking the panama canal. Nobody was around and the birds were singing. OK, they were black birds squacking. They still are. After the sun rose a bit and my tiredness overcame me, I laid down on the bench for about thirty minutes. I thought of myself as a homeless man and that a cop might come up and kick me off as I drifted into sleep. Nobody tried any such thing.

In a few days Aaron´s parents, sister and brother-in-law arrive for a six day visit. It looks like for this amount of time team ignite will be working with children, doing some drimes and probably something else. Sorry so vague. We haven´t met with our ministry contact yet.

Thank you for your prayers and interest in what we´re doing.
