We celebrated Thanksgiving on Tuesday because a couple that have been here for the past two months, Joe and Julie, left this morning. Also this morning we went to the dump and served a meal for the 50+ people that spend their days rummaging around, looking for bottles and other useful objects. Here are some pictures of Tuesday’s dinner and the dump visit.
Tonight we’ll eat another Thanksgiving dinner prepared buffet style by a local restaurant. I’ll see about more pictures of that event. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I’m thankful today for many of you who by encouragement, prayer and financial support, enable me to be here doing what I’m doing.
