This is Alan… he is in a rehab called Peniel. One week through and he is doing well. Keep praying for him! We will keep visiting him and keep you updated. Nothing much new yet.

This is the pastor of Luz del Mundo, Migelangel, and his family. They are wonderful partners in ministry with us. I sat with a few others in a meeting to discuss an idea Migelangel had. Something along the lines of showing up on a street corner that the Lord guides us to with a kettle and some soup and seeing what happens. It leaves a lot of room for God to work. We’ll see where He leads us.
This is the dump where we feed people every Tuesday morning. This morning we all piled into the truck and took off at around 9:00 with another group here for the week from Rockwall, Texas. Going to the dump has been humbling and good for my spirit. It is a huge eyesore in the middle of wonderful beauty.
A team of about 25 dig in the mounds of garbage along with twice as many vultures, finding bottles and other bits of trash to salvage.
