We’ve made it to Bolivia!
Our squad was blessed with a weekend together to rest, reflect, and worship before we move onto our ministries for month 10. It has been crazy to look back on the last 9 months of this race and remember all we’ve gotten to do, laugh at some ridiculous memories, and celebrate the insane victories of the Lord.
Chile was one of those victories. Our team was in Los Andes, a little town settled in the center of stunning mountains. We got to teach at a few different schools in the area and serve with our hosts at their church. The greatest blessing to us was being a part of our host’s family for the month. Danielle and I taught English at a high school and got to hear about the students lives, what they’re passionate about, what the love to do, their favorite music, and the hard things in their lives.
We saw Valparaìso, went sledding in the mountains, and laughed until we cried with our host’s. Chile made a big impact on our hearts and we were sad to leave but we are looking forward to what the Lord has in store for us in Bolivia!
