When to arrive: On July 13th, 2013 before 2:00 PM EST.
Book your flight to depart: On July 20th, 2013 after 2:00 PM* EST
*You will be able to arrive at the airport in enough time to catch a 2:00 PM flight.
What do to do when you arrive:
Go to the Atlanta Bread Company in the atrium. You will find Adventures staff waiting there to greet you and get you on a shuttle that will take you to camp.

AFTER you have booked your flight for Training Camp, please log in to your Adventures profile page and update the "Travel" tab with the details of your flight.
The deadline for having your flight booked and info entered is June 15th, 2013.
*If you are driving in for Training Camp, we'll have an address for you to put into your GPS or iphone soon!!
International Health Insurance
Adventures is working on a contract for health insurance with a specific insurance company. We're working on getting you the best coverage at a very reasonable rate. This is a recent change for the program. Once this contract is in place, we'll be asking all our participants to purchase it.
At this time, please DO NOT move forward in purchasing insurance for the Race.
As soon as everything is worked out and solidified, a blog will be posted and an email sent out with everything that you'll need to know about the insurance you need to get for World Race.
