As you are aware, there are two financial deadlines prior to your Launch date.
You must have $3500 in your account by June 29th.
You must have $6500 in your account by August 18th.
Your mobilizer will be checking your account on a monthly basis to see where you are financially, and we do not want to see your account sit at $150 until a week before your first deadline!
To help us help you stay on track, we have set up some additional checkpoints. These are not deadlines, but they will give you an idea of where you should be.
Think of them as helpful guidelines to get you where you need to be financially in order to launch on time:
By May 31st, you should have at least $2,000 in your account.
DEADLINE ONE:
By June 29th, you MUST HAVE at least $3,500 in your account.*
*In order to meet your actual deadline, that $3,500.00 MUST be processed and showing in your account by that date.
To get that money in on time:
The LAST day that you can mail in checks is June 14th because checks take up to two weeks to process.
The LAST day that donations can be made online is June 26th because online donations take 3-5 days to process.
By August 1st, you should have at least $5,000 in your account.
DEADLINE TWO:
By August 18th, you MUST HAVE $6,500 in your account in order to launch.
(Checks mailed in by August 2nd and online donations made by august 14th)
If you are not going to make a checkpoint goal, it is your responsibility to contact your mobilizer to discuss your fundraising plans and ideas in order to meet your deadlines.
If you are holding onto money, it would be a good idea to e-mail your mobilizer and let her know – and then send it in!
