As you may know, several things need to be completed before your Training Camp in July and your Launch in September. These deadlines have been put in place with a purpose and meeting them will ensure that you will leave on time with your squad. Failure to meet a deadline may result in deferring to a later Launch date.
If you have been committed to a September route after a deadline date has passed, it is expected that you complete the requirements of the missed deadlines within one week of receiving a call from your Mobilizer. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact your mobilizer!
DEADLINE 1: FEBRUARY 8TH Profile Picture and Personality Test Complete
To upload a picture, click "My Profile". Please upload a head a head and shoulders picture with you only in the photo. To access the personality test, click "personality test".
DEADLINE 2: MARCH 15th Passport Application Mailed Out
This deadline is for those of you who DO NOT have a Passport and for those who’s Passports will expire before FEBRUARY 1st OF 2015. For more information on how to apply for a Passport click this link, https://www.usps.com/shop/apply-for-a-passport.htm
DEADLINE 3: MAY 15th Uploaded Passport/Top TWO Medical boxes filled out
To upload a copy of your Passport, first click the "Documents" tab. Simply take a picture of your passport to upload. To fill out your medical boxes, click on the “Medical” tab. Please put an “N/A” or “NONE” in the box if it does not apply to you just so that we know you have read it.
DEADLINE 4: JUNE 15th Travel Info to Training Camp / Medical and/or Counselor Release Forms Uploaded (if applicable to you)
To upload these documents and fill in your flight or driving information, click the "Travel" tab. To upload a copy of your insurance, click on the "Documents" tab. To upload a copy of your release form, click "Medical".
DEADLINE 5: (Two weeks before Training Camp) $3,500 in your account.
At this point you will be required to have $3,500 in your account.
TRAINING CAMP is in JULY of 2013 (More info to come)
DEADLINE 6: AUGUST 12th Travel to Launch / Vaccinations / Proof of Insurance
To inform us of your travel plans to the Launch location, click the "Travel" tab. Click the "Medical" section on your profile page and enter in the vaccinations you have received. Upload a copy of your insurance card or document under the "Documents" section.
DEADLINE 7: AUGUST 18th $6,500 raised and in your account
LAUNCH will be in JULY 2013 (The date and location will be released AFTER your Training Camp.)
DEADLINE 8: MONTH 3 on the field you must have $11,000 in your support account
DEADLINE 9: MONTH 6 on the field you must be fully funded ($15,500)
