NEW AND IMPORTANT LAUNCH INFORMATION
AIM staff will no longer be meeting you at the airport. Therefore, you will need to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

You will need to take a shuttle from the bus shuttle center, door number 2.
The shuttle runs on the top of the hour, 20 minutes after the hour and 40 minutes after the hour.
You can go to the hotel first and then eat, or eat at the airport and then go to the hotel.
Whatever you do, you must be ready to go by EXACTLY 5pm at the hotel for an orientation.
For the Squad Leaders, Team Leaders, Treasurers and Logistics Leaders who are arriving on the 4th, you will need to take a shuttle from the bus shuttle center, door number 2. The shuttle runs on the top of the hour, 20 minutes after the hour and 40 minutes after the hour. You can go to the hotel first, check-in and then eat near the hotel OR eat at the airport and then go to the hotel. Either way you will need to be ready to meet at 6:30pm at the hotel having eaten dinner.
