So yesterday I met a friend for dinner. While she was picking out a couple of bracelets to buy (I’ve started selling the Threads for Hope bracelets) our waitress came to the table and asked about them. She was excited and also liked the cause, she took one to show her co-workers. I think by the time we left almost every server had purchased at least one bracelet from me! It was so great, I hadn’t planned on selling that many bracelets during dinner; but it was so cool to see how God can help with even the little things:)
Also, yesterday, I received a very generous donation from the dad of one of my friends! Before that, I didn’t have much support, but I now have enough for camp. I haven’t been worried about the money, I know that if I’m supposed to go on the race that God will provide, so seeing this donation was just a reminder of His provisions.
