My cousin/best friend has been a short-term missionary in Tanzania a few times in the past couple of years.
This week she came home from a 3 week trip to Tanzania. I was able to talk to one of the guys who she works with while there. His name is Charles. When he asked why I wasn’t there with Jill, I told him about the World Race. He is so excited for our team and has said he will be praying for us.
He’s also excited and hopeful that he will be able to meet some of us while in Tanzania. While I’m not guaranteed to be one of those people he meets, I think it would be so cool if some of us did get the opportunity to meet my new friend, Charles. 🙂
Anyway, I guess the point of this is to let you know that we have people all over the world praying for us as we go out in just a few short weeks. Isn’t God cool?
