I’ve been waiting for a few weeks to get permission from my
contact to share these photos with you! These are some of the faces of those whom I met and have
been writing about!
I can’t really explain what it felt like to have these children cling to me and hug me as these pictures were being taken. As soon as one child was done taking a picture with me 1, 2, or 5 more would run and hug me for “their turn.” I probably have a picture with every child that was there that day!
I can still smell them and remember how it felt to be squeezed by them…
