After returning to Spain from Portugal I flew out to England where I had the pleasure of meeting up with one of my good friends Allison Johnston. We were both invited to northern England, just outside London, to represent the World Race and the G42- Leadership Academy at a GIANT youth event called the Ultimate Event.
There were over 7, 000 people who attended the event. It was an incredible thing to see.
Alison and myself had the privilege to work a both at the event. We had the opportunity to talk with many people of all ages about the World-Race and the G42- Leadership Academy. It was a long day, but a good one! I really enjoyed seeing Allison again. It had been about 8-9 months since I saw her last. Before the event started we had some time to play at the theme park! =) Good times. haha
We stayed with amazing host families during our time in Northern London. Allison and I both remarked how we wish we could have had more time with them.
The next day we made our way back to London where we had the opportunity to see another friend of mine, Webi, who lives in the heart of London. She’s amazing! She showed us the sites all over London. I think we saw more in 6 hours then most people see in a week. Thank you so much Webi! Webi really blessed us with her kindness and hospitality. Giving us a free place to stay and a true taste of London culture.
I look forward to spending more time in London in the near future.
