Hey Yall! I just wanted to give everyone an update as to where my support status is right now.
My last update was on Feb 17, 2009 and I had $5,950
As of today, April 21, 2009 I have $7,240!!!
I am so very thankfull to everyone who has supported me so far both financially and prayerfully.
It means the world to me! I am required to have at least $8,300 in my account

by the time I leave May 31st. So I am only about a 1,000 away from that goal praise the Lord!!
There is still a bit of money promised to me that I haven’t recieved yet so once that comes in I should be able to leave at the end of May. I pray that even while I’m out on the field people continue to pray and seek the Lord’s guidance as to whether or not to financially support me. My goal is to have all of my money raised by 6 months into the race, which would be this coming December 2009.
All of my Parents Night Out events were great successes!!
I’m so very thankfull to all my youth members and adult friends
who came to help me watch all those kids!
I have one more fundraising opportunty in the work right now
which will help me get to my goal of raising $16,000!!
The final fundraiser will be a church wide yard sale on Saturday April 25, 2009
This yard sale, named SUPER SATURDAY, was an annual tradition for our church
when I was growing up to help raise money for youth missions,
so we are bringing it back for one last time to once again raise money for missions.

We are still collecting donations throughout this last week leading up to the big sale.
My youth group kids and their families have been helping me to organize
all the donations and work the sale that weekend.
