Some of the stuff we have been doing in Thailand on the first day we where in Bangkok we where took on a tour of the city to see all the sites it is a really cool city then on the next day all the men got into a bus and where took to pakchong, Thailand all the guys where together for the last month of the race it was called Manistry that is just something that they do so we got there on a Sunday we met one of our contacts his name was Steve he was from Boise, Idaho he has been in Thailand for 18 years he stands at 6’7 he played ball growing up he told us he is a really nice guy.
Other stuff we did was some basketball and soccer ministry with local’s here it was really fun to play ball with the locals. We did this about 5 times or so we also went to a night market about 4 times and eat the local food it is amazing food it is really spicy but it is really cheap and you can eat until you are full and not spend more than 3 dollars.
We also did service work around the church we painted 5 buildings and we also did planting, pruning the trees and just cleaning the grounds around the buildings we did some weed whacking one day and cleaned and made a fire pit so they could burn stuff and also it would serve as a place to have bonfires for the youth.
On the second week we where here we got to celebrate the new year with them they have a week long water fight what you do is get in your truck or whatever and put big containers and fill them with water and ice to make the water really cold and then just drive around and through water at everybody you see I will say that is one of the funnest things I have ever did in my life people would say blessings and then through water at you it might be cold or have food coloring In it so you never knew what you would get when you got hit with the cold water you really new it ..
