We have been living in Musho (quechua: new) and walking over to Tumpa each day. We walk around the town and pray and meet people and make friends.
One couple we met are Haidi and Hugo. They were in their field picking spinach and we talked to them for awhile. We asked if we could help and they said to come back on Saturday.
The next day we heard that Haidi had accepted Jesus in the morning with Tana and one of the other girls. Amazing.
On Saturday, we went to help in the field and we picked beans. We worked for about 10 minutes then had cuy with them.
On Friday, we were walking down a street and saw a girl in the field. I felt God say, just ask her, she is ripe. I also felt the girls should go, not me. I think that was good because she was very shy. Linnea, Sarah, and Ericka (one of our translators) led her to Jesus.
This happens day in and day out. Almost routine. We have seen probably hundreds of salvations on this trip, and it just keeps getting better. Learning what a party is happening in heaven is hard to understand. To truly join in our Lord´s happiness? We are learning.
The fields here seem to be constantly in harvest time. They just go out and harvest, day in and day out.
The harvest is ripe. The harvest is plentiful. The workers are few.
