They usually serve cucumbers with meals to help cool your mouth down after all of the spicy Thai dishes.

Here I am with Brian cutting down a tree, we used the trunk of that tree to build a fence at the school near where we are living this month. We have been helping them do some construction projects at the school, as they are preparing for a visit from the Princess of Thailand.
