As we’ve become an integral part of the Call2All conference, we’ve gotten a chance to learn more about how it all came about. It’s interesting to hear stories about how God talks to people and how people find their calling. I’ve always found it tough to discern when I’m having my own thoughts, and when God is speaking to me. I guess the only way I can describe it is, usually when I think it’s God speaking to me, He’s telling me to do something I don’t want to do- or feel uncomfortable with (in a good way)… I don’t know if that makes sense. I’ve always wondered how people just know. As I venture into what I feel God’s will is for my life, I hope to find out. I can’t wait until I’m able to just know for sure… the way I know my shadow is my own.

The most amazing part about being involved with this awesome organization, is seeing their thirst for the new generation to rise up. Not just that, but playing a major role in guiding our generation to stand firm in our beliefs- to not let shame, guilt, uncertainty, etc. reign in our lives. The biggest way in which they do that is by putting together this conference with an array of knowledgeable and experienced Christian speakers, outstanding worship music, massive prayer, and putting out a HUGE map (the biggest omega zone map in the world) that people can stand on and pray (it fits 2000 people at one time). They pray for each other, for the nations, the people that live in those nations- especially the politicians. They also pray to be led to a place to serve! It’s so inspiring to see people from all over the world come to New Zealand to pray. To get involved. To seek to give up their lives to serve others and bring them to the kingdom. To find their purpose in Christ! “AMAZING” doesn’t quite capture what I’m trying to say. The time has come for us to rise up and take our place with selfless faith, and that time is now! It’s a decision we make to stop being complacent; to stop caring more about what people think of us than what’s morally correct and pure; to stop being part of the problem. It’s time to decide… who/what are YOU living for?
