Heeeyyyooo!!! All the way from Thailand!!
Y’all…wow. Jesus has been so sweet to me. Just so good in every way. It’s amazing it’s just in His nature to be good.
So much good has happened in the week we have been here…less than a week actully! thankful for His tender heart that reaches so many. In the first 4 days we were here, we met a girl named Kuk-kik, and a couple girls on my team really pursued her and within 24 hrs Kuk-kik had accepted Jesus into her heart and became our sister in Christ!!!! Y’all!! My heart is so full. Celebrating with Heaven for her heart to see/ know Jesus and share it with so many. It’s such a gift to be present as someone gives their heart to Him. Truly a feeling of overwhelming joy and gratitude for our savior.
The food is sooooooo good!!!! I was a little worried because I’m picky but it’s so yummy. I super love the nooooods (noddles). Not a fan of the spice…or the squid i tried.
Our host our the greatest, Bronwyn and Noiy. They have devoted their lives to serving the kingdom and those around them. It’s beautiful. They have so many outreaches that Jesus is so evident in. They also have two small children and let me tell you….they are something else! Daniel (10) is a famous goalie…I’m not kidding, he’s legit famous in Thailand. He’s 10 and already has offers to sign Him on pro teams. Sweet little Naomi is 8 and she loves gymnastics!! She’s gentle and kind, confident and strong. She has managed to cartwheel her way into a special place in my heart. She’s SUCH a lovebug (if you know, you know).
My team and I were able to be guest speakers on a Christian radio show, which has listeners throughout the city of Ratchaburi. We talked about our vision for Thailand and some personal relationships with Jesus. I can only imagine how Jesus used us to reach someone’s heart. Also….I’ll usually talk in front of anyone but i have never felt true panic until i was out on a live radio show with thousands of listeners lol.
We have also been able to have a children’s church. Y’all know i was thriving. Seriously the best. I could go on and on about what a gift a child is but you already know. I see so much of Jesus through them. It makes me so excited to one day be a mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did the Cupid shuffle, but made it into a freeze dance, we taught on overcoming fear with Gods peace! So we did the story of Daniel in the Lions den…we did a whole skit which was the funnest. I was the king:) anyway they super loved it and thought it was hilarious. We then had them so some art therapy and draw a picture of something that scares them (most were water and snakes) and then draw Jesus in the picture with them. They were all so creative and sweet!!!!! One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the kids who came (5-14) were the only believers in their families. Wow. At such a young age they are stepping into boldness and fullness of Gods love. Their lights will light a whole city.

My heart is very full, but very heavy for the people. Less than 1% of Thailand is Christians, the rest are mostly Buddhist. I know the fullness of Gods love, and i want everyone else to know it too. Please continue to pray that we have many many Kuk-kiks!!!!
Also: i ate a grasshopper….kinda crunchy!
