About a month and a half ago I shared with yall that I had my final fundraising deadline coming quickly on July 1st and I was still about $3,000.00 short; but then I added in that God was also calling me to a time of just waiting on Him and His provision, which meant no fundraising!
Last month was incredible! All of the time and energy that I would have spent on asking for money I was able to use in a much better way. I was able to spend so much time with Him and I was able to really soak up all of His love for me. It was incredible! And in that He provided so much financially as well.
Last month I received big donations, small donations, donations from people that I know, and anonymous donations too; but I still need help. I am still not fully funded, but I only have about $1,800 more to go, but the good news is that our deadline has been extended to August 1st!! I believe that God wants to provide this money and I know that He will.
So how do you play into all of this?
I would like to ask that you would spend some time in prayer over this fundraising endeavor. Please pray that I would stay focused on Him and how big He is, and that God would provide, who knows…perhaps He will use you to do it?!?!
