Meet Team Member #3 : AnnaGrace
AnnaGrace and I have been on the same team for the entire race now. You would think that 8 months of seeing each other 24/7, eating, sleeping, working, playing together would get really boring and annoying…you thought WRONG. Or at least for me, I can’t speak for her. AnnaGrace has become one of my best friends, not just on the Race, but one of the best friends that I have ever had.
AnnaGrace is super creative; her calligraphy is on point, and everything the writes looks like a wedding invitation. She is also extremely humble about everything that she is good at. Which is a lot of things.
She has this amazing way of being able to look at a situation, and see the long-term consequences of choices that she can possibly make. Her wisdom blows me away every single day, and the way she sees the world is so beautiful. She has a truly deep care for the people around her. She wants others to grow and do better because she REALLY loves them, not because of anything they can do for her.
She is the kind of friend who will be there in a minute when you need her with ice cream and wine; and she’s the kind of friend who will tell you when you are absolutely wrong.
My race would not be the same without my red headed bff and I’m so thankful that God gave me her friendship.
