This week the team and I had two days off of min1stry, and we got to do some pretty awesome things!
Sunday night, Caitlin and I were about to go to dinner when a couple girls walked into our room at the hostel by accident. She was looking for the roof top and had some into our room by accident. Of course, how can you not become friends after that?!
On Monday, we got to have breakfast on the roof of a fancy hotel down the road from our hostel with our new friends and some teammates. We aren’t staying there but sometimes you just gotta pretend you’re living the luxurious life 😉

After breakfast, we headed down to the beach for some sun and salt water. We happened to run into another team from our squad and had the best time! We got to see huge jelly fish on the beach, got to see our squad mate learn to surf, and even though some of us look like lobsters today, it was such a fun day!

Yesterday, we got to go climb through the famed Marble Mountain in Da Nang City! A million stairs, gorgeous sculptures, rich culture, and tiny cave openings. Marble Mountain was one of the most beautiful sights I have seen on the Race so far, we were pouring sweat by the end of the day, but it was more than worth it!

A wonderful few days with wonderful people in a wonderful city. The L0rd has blessed us so richly this month with amazing students at the English clubs and incredible opportunities to explore His creation. All gl0ry to Him.
Much love & many bl3ssings
