Only 100 days left until my team and I get to launch from Georgia to the trip of a life time. I cannot believe it has come up so quickly. I still feel like there are a millions things left for me to do! I have been so blessed to have some great support so far and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to embark on such an amazing trip.
I have felt called to a significant mission trip for a few years now but never felt like it was the right time or the right organization. So, I’m thrilled that this is finally happening!
A few updates:
-I still have to get vaccines and I have some gear left to purchase.
-In 18 days I will be going to Georgia for training camp were I will meet my team for the first time!
-I am currently 35% funded and really need to get to at least 60% funded by december!
-That means I need another $3,600 in the next two and a half months!
Prayer requests:
-That I make my goal financially
-That I make prayer and meditation time with the Lord my top priority – easier said than done, but soooo necessary!
-That my fundraiser on October 5th is successful!
-And that I will learn what full trust in the Lord looks like as I am preparing for this trip.
