$1500 is needed for me to meet the Dec. 29th deadline.

Worship is powerful.

Crying out to God in song with all your heart. Being surrounded by people and not noticing because you are completely focused on God. Dancing around, singing from the deepest part of your soul, painting prophetically, waving flags, and sitting quietly listening to God.

Wait a minute. My church doesn’t do that. We have a set list of songs we sing, a message, and a few more songs with some prayer thrown in. We don’t do the whole radical thing.

WHY NOT?

We are called to be different from the world, so aren’t we already radical?

The church is a body of believers and each person is created to worship God in different ways. We don’t all connect with Him in the same way. There isn’t a right way. All that matters is your heart condition.

Are you longing for God? Do you really mean what you say and do, or is it just out of habit? Are you afraid of what others will think if you give yourself over fully to the Holy Spirit?

I know I struggle with it. There are times when I am able to block out all fear, but most of my life I have been afraid of something, causing me to disconnect from God. The bible says that fear is not from God.

DO NOT FEAR.

I believe fear hinders us more than anything else from fulfilling our kingdom call. It hinders us from worshipping God with all our hearts.

I saw a pre-school girl in Swaziland display this freedom. As the children began school, they had to line up and sing the Swaziland Anthem, recite the Lord’s prayer, and sing this song we often sang in church.

Ungitsatsala

Angi bekele

Unobuble Nami

This song can repeat as many times as you want it to, so this little girl would keep starting it up again. She knew what she wanted and nothing nothing could stop her.

What is stopping me?

What is stopping you?

Move forward in Boldness my friends.

Much love,

Saraya
