My Friends – This post has no other purpose than to celebrate the success of reaching my September 23rd financial deadline of $5,000. It happened, God provided, ya’ll came together and we made it. In fact, we went above and beyond that deadline and are ahead of the game! How wonderful is this?!
Many of you know that a few weeks ago I lost my job and was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to find a new place willing to hire me for a few months, and I was worried that that would impact my fundraising as well… but God is blessing me beyond measure with a wonderful job and funds.
My next deadline is December 16th where $10,000 is due. That number looks so big to me, but then I realize that I only need $3,815 more to reach that, and it’s only September. I have so much joy in sharing this information with you because I know without a doubt that God has shown me that this is where He wants me.
So, pray with me as I approach round 2 of fundraising that hearts will be stirred and people will feel pulled to help support me financially, and as always, be praying for those that I will be interacting with on this trip, for their salvation and for their willingness to hear what it is I have to share with them.
