A mosaic is a beautiful masterpiece created by putting a bunch of different colors and images together to create one big piece. Training camp was a space where the perspectives of individuality grew. A space where the expression of love shared with others was initiated from different experiences. A space where there was the ability to not be judged. Emotions of love shared in such a short time are timeless. These different loved passions design the mosaic of a new family and a second home. Maybe we don’t fit in one area, but we were created to be alive in another area, so profoundly.

Our God is not an author of mistakes and created individuals with the fondest thoughts in mind. Their value doesn’t decrease based on someone else’s inability to see it. Adventures In Missions staffed loved and embraced new racers with open arms at training camp. Without their guidance, there would be a whole story, plan, and impact that the world wouldn’t get to experience.

I was lucky enough to experience World Race training camp and I could not be more thankful for it. So here is a letter to 11 days that made me ecstatic to the places God is calling my fellow racers and I. It was not until I arrived at training camp and was a couple hours in, before I realized that I was about to have the experience of a lifetime. The energy held for 11 days straight was immense. The passion and heart that was projected throughout the entire week was truly inspiring. Every activity, every prayer, song, hour, minute, and even second was better than the last. Little did I know that at the end of the week, I would be leaving with a giant new family, a new found love for myself and those in my life, and most importantly, a stronger and healthier relationship with God. God opened my eyes to a world I did not see before. He made me appreciate those in my life more than I previously had and He even made me appreciate myself more than I did. He filled me with gratitude, love, friendship, and most importantly, faith.
He taught me that I am loved unconditionally and know that is an incredible feeling.
I am so thankful I learned to love every aspect of myself and everyone around me. I realized that I was made in God’s image and therefore I am enough. After these past 11 days, I am now blessed with the strongest support system underneath me and nothing or no one can take that away from me. Training camp changed my life and the lives of everyone else that experienced His presence for the better.

God knows the end from the beginning. God see’s things in whole. We see things in part. We see the pieces. God sees the puzzle. He has the best interest at heart for us because we’ve seen His hand of protection in their life. He has yet to let us down! I trust His plans are good and far better than anything that we could wish for each other. So I take courage that God knows the full picture of our lives.

We will be launching in October to be God’s hands and feet for 11 months in 11 different countries. I ask you to join me in praying the ABC Prayer of Faith over my squad and the others launching with us.
