Month 9… wow. I just want to sit here in this space right now.

9 months into the race. There’s a lot to reflect on and a lot more than just “wow, 8 full months have gone by since leaving home and starting this insane journey”. But for now let me just say that writing a blog in month 9, one, never crossed my mind because I’m really bad at blogging and two, seemed to be so far away when I was sitting in a hammock month 1 in the Dominican Republic.

A lot has changed in these 8 months. One thing still seems to be the same: my terrible blogging skills. But I wanted to start changing that so I can keep people updated. I hope within this month I will let you see a little bit more of what I’ve been up to, but I make no promises because I’m still really bad at consistently blogging.

Last month (month 8) in Romania was extremely eye opening for me to things the Lord has placed on my heart and has set in my path. I want to fill everyone in, but first I need to process all of it. So, for the time that we are in Bulgaria I will be fasting social media and all messaging apps. I need to get my head wrapped around what the Lord is telling me/guiding me towards first. Big and life changing decisions are coming up and I want to anchor myself in the truth of what He is saying and has planned for my life before the world comes in to cloud my mind with opinions, advice, judgment, and “better options”. This month is all about me just sitting with the Lord and listening.

In the meantime please keep me, my (new and amazing) team, and my squad in your prayers while we minister to Bulgaria. Pray for softened and obedient hearts!  Let me just tell you, God is not absent from Bulgaria, He is getting ready to move.

Y’all are great ??

See you soon!!
