Rafiki’s Month Eleven was spent in Swaziland in Africa. We were in a town called Manzini, and the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous! We were able to travel out of the city a couple times, and the mountains bring such awe and wonder at how beautiful they are!

We worked with Hosea’s Heart, a non-profit organization that houses girls in vulnerable situations, and also is starting to reach out to prostitutes in the city as well. That is where they would like to be more invested, it is just not where God is leading right now
The team was split again, and we did various necessary tasks for our ministry. Kristen, Alycia, and I homeschooled girls at their house, and Danielle taught two preschool children at our home. Alysse, EmilyAnn, and Loren worked with a workshop at our home, and individually worked on tasks such as marketing strategies, discipling a couple of women, and visiting a squatter camp (Mangwanei) and also a hospice center in the area. We were also asked together to plan and lead bible studies three nights a week at the girls’ home.

We also did something called Street Night, about which I have already posted a blog. We were ministering to the girls on the streets doing anything for money. Check out the blog if you want to know more about this event!

And with that, we are done with Month Eleven, and we will be headed to the States next week…
