After I posted my blog “My First Time With A Girl”, a few people mentioned that they would be interested in putting money towards buying a girl out for a night. Had I been more resourceful this blog would have been posted before I left Thailand…but hopefully the lateness of this will not stop good from coming out of this!
I talked to Mark Biddell, the co-founder/owner of SHE Ministries about what the best plan of action would be regarding the people who wished to contribute money to buying a girl out for the night. The best plan of action for those who are interested in putting money towards this ministry is to first off contact SHE Ministry. Mark said what seems to work best is to not necessarily just buy the girls out for the night, but to invite them to a party at the SHE house. This way they are physically taken out of the bar environment they’re used to, and are able to see the opportunities at SHE. This also provides them with the opportunity to meet girls who were just like them, girls who have come out of Bangla Road and made a new life for themselves with the help of SHE. One of the problems I found when I was out with the girl I bought was that we were still on Bangla Road. I had nowhere to take her outside of that, so even though she was a free woman for that night, we were still in someone else’s bar, with men and women all around us, with the same atmosphere all around us. Mark says that he and Sharon usually wait until they have enough money towards a party to have a good number of girls come over (between 15 and 20). They have held parties in the past and they have been quite successful.
Here’s how it would work, any money given to them specifically toward such a party would cover the cost of:
– buying the girls out for the night from their bars
– buying the girls out for the night from their bars
– providing snacks and soda for the girls
– providing transportation for the girls to and from Bangla Road
