About Sarah Olmstead… where do I start? Well first of all, I have the technological capacity of a snail, so this blogging thing is going to be a challenge. I am currently a senior at Virginia Tech (for about 9 more days) and I’m studying Animal and Poultry Science. My time at Tech has been spent getting involved with Campus Crusade, being a sister of Sigma Alpha, doing research, spelunking, playing with pigs, hiking the Appalachian Trail, and hanging with some of the greatest people I’ve known. I’m pretty stoked about World Race because I get to combine my two loves, talking about Jesus and travelling, what more could you ask for?
A few random facts:
-I’m obsessed with Hokie football.
-My favorite place in the whole world is in my hammock.
-My second favorite place in the whole world is the ocean.
-I think Big Mac’s and chocolate covered bacon are God’s
little way of telling me He loves me.
-I Google everything.
-I am an adrenaline junkie with a weak stomach.
-I hate wearing shoes.
-I.love.music.
-I’m a sucker for a good quote.
-I’m not a big reader but I do enjoy anything by Rob Bell.
-I’m always cold.
-I often randomly break out in dance and/or song.
That’s really all I got. I can’t wait to meet you guys and get to know everyone.
