Things Ive learned about myself this summer:
-I’m a big baby when it comes to bugs
-I like my bed more than a person should
      -I’m super vain

Things I’ve learned in the last three days of the World Race training camp:
-Bugs like me too much to be a big baby
-A tarp in the middle of the woods is just as good of a bed as my mattress
-The World Race is going to beat the vanity out of me with an ugly stick

It’s day four of training camp and I’m sitting in all, and I do mean ALL, of the same clothes that I put on 48 hours ago. In those 48 hours I have carried two people up a hill using only one arm, camped in the middle of the woods with no tent for the first time in my life, and worshipped God in unbelievable ways all in the sticky, wet Georgia heat.  I’m exhausted, I’m sweaty, I’m stinky, I’m sore, and I am beyond excited to see what God is going to do with me and through me on the World Race.

                                                                         Home, sweet home.
Mine is the one in the back.
