We have been busy busy busy since arriving in the Phillipines. Here is a glimpse into a big part of our ministry this month……CONSTRUCTION….dun dun dunnn….
The Drive to “work”
Step One: Hmmm how do we do this?
Step Two: Start diggin
Step Three: Rocks
Get Lots
And lots…….
Of Rocks……
Step Four: Mix the cement and build the frame
Step Five: Lay the cinder blocks
Me and my hard-hat
Step Six: Flatten out the floor
Step Seven: Haul the Rocks
Step Eight: Put up the Frame and Roof
Step Nine: Celebrate…
What Jesus has Done!
Because of the love that Jesus poured into us, and from the strength and energy that He blessed us with, our team was able to build a childrens’ ministry site (or as we would call it back in the states a “childrens’ church”) for Pastor Melissa and the Wellspring Church.
We were filled with laughter,
and we sang for joy.
And the other nations said,
“What amazing things the Lord has done for them.”
Yes, the Lord has done amazing things for us!
