What do you do when devastation strikes and you are at the heart of it? Your first reaction is, “What can I do?” “How can I help?” Then it sinks in. Why would this happen, God? How could you let this happen God?
Thousands of people died. Children left without parents. Parents left without children. Mothers, brothers, aunts, uncles and many more lost their lives on April 25th and then again on May 12th.
I still can’t wrap my head around what has happened and what is happening. I think it will take some time to actually set in. One thing I am sure of though, is that God is undeniably in Nepal. He is literally moving mountains to make his presence known. I know it sounds weird to be in the midst of such devastation but still have peace and know God had his hands in it the whole time.
