A quick update of where we are:
We arrived in Cambodia after 17 hours of traveling on Friday (the 12th). My team along with one of the September teams (called Less) will be staying here at the YWAM (Youth with a Mission) base through the beginning of November. We will be working with New Life Fellowship Church in Phnom Penh.
Here is a little info I was given about New Life. New Life is headed by Pastor Jesse McCall who has served as an American in Cambodia for 12 years now. His church has grown from a few English lessons to one of the largest churches in Cambodia. There are currently 3 almost self-sustaining church plants and nearly 60 in the works. The church has a huge variety of ministries including teaching English, working with street kids, visiting slums, visiting the rural provinces, worship ministry, youth ministry, media ministry and a host of other smaller tasks.
