Being home has been good. Different. But good.

Being able to sleep in, visit with friends and family, eat delicious food has been a blessing. Surreal. Being able to worship with my home church family has been a joy to my heart.

And for the past two-ish weeks, I've been on the road again. I spent about a week in Michigan visiting family and going to my cousin's wedding, and then headed south to Ohio to visit my team mate, Sabrina!

From there we ventured down a long road with her family to Gainesville, Georgia, home to Adventures in Missions office for a little thing we call Project Searchlight. And it has just blown me away. God has been refreshing my spirit in so many ways here in the peace and community offered.

Project Searchlight is a usually week long program put on for World Racers that have just come off of the field. It is a time of processing, pressing into God, and figuring out how to move into our next seasons of life after we have been wrecked for the nations with God's heart. It's a time of teaching, resources, and networking. A time of fellowship, laughter, and worship.

Man, has it been a breath of life to me. It's amazing how much I see these people around me from my team and my squad, and I see family. I am comfortable with them. I love them with all of my heart. And I am so excited about what God is going to do in and through us all throughout the world.

Let me tell you…it's going to be big.

Because He trusts us.

He has set His power in us.

He has given us His voice.

And because He calls us.

I am still figuring out all of the details of my “what's next.” But I'm close. I'm on the edge. And I can't wait to share all of the exciting details with you soon!

But, in the mean time, I do have big news for you…

I will be launching my own blog for you to follow! This blog will have pictures and stories of my current life. Of the projects and art that I am working on, of the places that I go, the things I see, taste, feel.

Please check it out and subscribe to my new blog, and let me share God's heart for this next season of life with you! I would love to take you along this continuing journey.
