So, thought I’d get the “blogging” ball rolling and share a little about myself…
Born in Seattle and daughter of a lifelong Boeing employee, I’m a true native of the Pacific Northwest! I love to go running, rainy days, and of course coffee! 😉
Since I was young, missions has always been on my heart and in my mind. Growing up, my parents were actively involved in church and I’m thankful they made it a priority because of how it has positively affected the lives of me and my sisters. I’ve always dreamed of pursuing missions as a long-term goal and went on a couple short-term trips which opened my eyes and drew me in. But life’s responsibilities crowded out that dream for a while.
Well, life moves fast and things change…! In the last three years, life’s circumstances have changed dramatically and I have sensed God’s leading to pursue this dream anew. So, here I am… About to embark on an amazing journey all over the world with some new friends, partnering with some amazing ministries! I’m excited to grow in my intimacy with Christ, and to serve and learn from my brothers and sisters in other nations!
