I was reading a passage in Luke, and started writing in my journal when these words started falling off my pen:
“Home is where your heart is”
Where is your heart?
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Luke 12:34)
Home=Where your heart is
your Treasure=Where your heart is
therefore
Home=your Treasure
Whatever you value the most is where your home is.
Since I value my relationship with god and His people above all else, my heart will always be home when I am surrounded by god and His children. I am learning how to strengthen my relationship with God without relying on having others there as well. It will fail and my heart will never stop breaking if I rely on flesh to keep my heart whole and at home.
