As soon as I got the go ahead for the princess party I went to mall to do some shopping! I personally love anything that sparkles or is pink so that’s what I got along with fun make-up and outrageous nail polish colors.
These girls attend the church that my team has been helping with all month so by this point my teammates and I had already established a relationship with them. When they found out we were throwing them a princess party their faces lit up with pure joy. These girls are not trafficked but live in an area where the majority of girls are in some form or fashion by the time they are 17.
Each girl was pampered to the extreme! They all got their nails, hair and make-up done and were told numerous times how beautiful they were. They were not beautiful because of the temporary glitz and glam but because they are God’s little princesses who are loved so much and created in his image. I wanted each and every one of them to feel extra special and know how much they are worth so in the future if they are ever told anything different they will receive it as a lie.
Enjoy the pictures! (Im having some issues uploading pictures so I will put more up asap)
