Cambodia was one of my favorite months on the race thus far. My team had the most amazing contacts Greg and Jane who where more than contacts to me. I felt more like their family. They really cared about us and wanted us to feel at home; I even got to take a bubble bath at their appartment!
Our living accommodations were also phenomenal last month. We had an amazing view, and a relaxing roof top that I spent a lot of time on.
We spent the majority of our time last month loving on kids. This looked like helping out at an all day Vacation Bible study, running what we called kids club three times a week in the morning, helping teens with computer skills and yes we even spent an afternoon at a water park.
I also had many opportunities to preach at Heavenly Treasures Church and share aspects of my life that could encourage members of the congregation. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Cambodia. It was the perfect balance of pouring into others while being loved on by Greg and Jane.
