I have a pretty awesome family.
Most of you reading this blog probably know that.
You probably also know that I have the best mom, ever.
Really.
Lynda (or Lynders, as my high school friends affectionately call her) is such a woman of grace, love, service and truth.
My mom is the token example of unconditional love. She has loved me when I’m celebrating and she has loved me when I’m a mess, when even I don’t want to love me. This woman has the biggest heart of anyone I know and she could probably out-serve the Dali Lama if given the chance. She lives so sacrificially and has always, always put my sister and I (and everyone else) before herself.

My awesome parents who drove up to surprise me at my last JV football game in Gainesville!
I have never doubted that my mom is FOR me. She has always had my back and had my best interest at heart. Even when I couldn’t see it or didn’t want to admit it, I knew this about her.

God has so blessed us with an incredible relationship that has grown in depth as I’ve gotten older.
I am SO thankful to call my mom my best friend.
Momma, thank you. THANK YOU.
Thank you for teaching me what it means to love unconditionally and live sacrificially. Thank you for pointing to Jesus with your life. Thank you for all the prayers you have prayed over me and the way you have ALWAYS believed in me. Thank you for being my biggest cheerleader and my best friend. I love you.

You know our curly hair can't get wet on Splash Mountain!
I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living my momma you’ll be!

My momma the hottie in high school (please don't be mad! the world needed to see this 🙂 )
