The first thing I would like to say is:

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For supporting the vision the Lord called me into the last 11 months.
For reading what and how He is moving through the nations.
For your prayers and encouragement.

I am so thankful for your interest in how needs are being met worldwide, and how lives are being changed. every. single. day. Seriously – this is made possible by YOU!

One of the things I knew I was walking off the mission field with more clarity about was that this is going to be a part of my life until the end.
I heard the call years back after a summer of missions to the Ukraine, Russia and China, but chose the path that made more sense to me, and that I thought I was supposed to be pursuing. Putting my new degree to use, learning the ropes of the professional world. 9-5, baby. God grew me in this area for a few years until the call was unavoidable.

And here I am. I am ecstatic to be able to share with you that I have recently accepted a full-time staff position serving in the Short Term Missions (STM) department for Adventures in Missions. Headquartered in Gainesville, Georgia I will be relocating from Florida the first week of August to start work. What really excites me about this next season is not just that God has called me to continue to live in community and among accountability, but that the scope of my position will entail enabling our youth to meet some of the very same needs being met by missionaries all over the world right in our own backyard. Likely 70% domestic, 30% international, I will be among a team scouting sites for our youth to serve in inner-cities, poverty-stricken communities, disaster relief areas, and other causes the Lord directs us to.

I am continuing to raise funds to serve in this position for AIM. It is going to take amazing supporters like you to make this new future the Lord has for me a reality. I am confident this is where the Lord has called me for now, post-Race, and would love to share more about this with you. Feel free to email me anytime by clicking on ‘Get in touch’. If you are interested in becoming a monthly supporter, or simply making a donation you can do this by clicking on the ‘Support Me’ tab on the left side of my homepage. I will continue to blog and keep you updated on how the Lord is moving through this next season.
