  • remember that post from december when i was in kenya about extending grace and such?  i need to preach it to myself.  a lot.  God, how many times until it gets through my thick skull and heart?
  • so some of the ladies on the squad will be going to zanzibar, which is apparently a very gorgeous place.
  • somethings don’t change:  i forget to bring my umbrella on days when it rains (and february is rainy season) but stuff it in my purse when it’s hot and sunny.  why?!
  • thank goodness only a single dose of medicine is necessary to de-worm.  blech.  meh.
  • toilet paper should be the currency in east africa.
  • pray for allison johnston and her gramps and her mom.
  • pray for lindsay heston.
  • i have become a morning person and somewhat of a clean freak.  weird.
  • i heart refridgeration, i do i do.
  • i preached this past sunday on regarding God as our lover.  there were lots of scripture references, but the biggest chunk was from ezekiel 16:1-34.  i never said the words “whore” and “whorings” so much in church before then.
