So these past two months have been SUPER busy! There were so many last minute things that needed to get done in preparation for this missions trip…

  • training camp in August
  • renewing drivers license
  • cancelling subscriptions, memberships, etc.
  • figuring out how to get the car to my moms house and get back
  • purchasing items
  • trying to spend time with as many people as I could
  • more online training
  • fundraisers
  • scheduling vaccinations
  • working a job
  • financial stuff
  • packing
  • and probably more stuff I can’t remember (it’s 4:33am and I still haven’t slept)

During all these things I found it a bit difficult to slow down and just be thankful (which is what the Lord has been putting on my heart to do more) because I was so focused on getting everything done. So as I sit here in the airport waiting for my flight to go meet with my missions trip group, I want to take this time to be thankful… (before i arrive to my destination and become really busy again)

Thank you Jesus for all You have done… for saving me, for leaving the door open for me to even come to You over 8 years ago, for taking me out of my life of many sins, for changing me and setting me free from things, for speaking to me and protecting me from different things, for always providing and giving me amazing stories to share with others to show them who You are, for all the ministries and opportunities You have blessed me with, for Your mercy and favor by Your grace, for bringing everything together to be able to go on this missions trip and removing/working around the mountains/obstacles that seemed to get in the way, for working in others hearts and mine, for being so good, for the people who care about me,  and everything else I have given You glory for and praised You for that I can’t remember.

Thank you all who have come beside me, encouraged me, prayed for me, loved me, who have helped me get this far. I appreciate you all! May God bless you and bless you abundantly in ways that I can not.

Lets always take time to be thankful because it helps us to be humble and it helps us to keep our peace, joy, and love for the Lord πŸ™‚ I kind of wish I had a great ending for this blog, but that’s it for now – Im super tired and my plane is almost here. Thank you all again! πŸ™‚ I look forward to what Jesus is going to do the next 11 months and what kinds of stories I will get to share with you all! πŸ˜€ Til the next blog, God bless you! πŸ™‚
