During my time in Serbia I have met some good people and have received many blessings, but this young lady has been my favorite 🙂 Her name is Anastazija. She is sweet, kind, and gentle 🙂
When we first met her she was quiet and kept to herself a lot, but over the month as we all spent time together playing games, hanging out, and watching movies she started to become comfortable around us and it was so great!
Cool things about her that blessed me: seeing her smile, doing a little dance out of nowhere, asking some of us to sign her ukulele, we were invited to her school play, her and I and some teammates were in an independent short film together 🙂
Towards the end of our time there we discovered (including her) that two of her love languages were receiving gifts and touch, so hugs became a normal thing and giving her gifts was the best 😀
Two things that especially blessed me was that one time my team did something rather foolish and her dad ended up sharing with me that she pleaded with him to not be mad at me because I’m such a nice person xD Lol! Also on our last day there he shared that she had wanted to bless me in some way 🙂 Out of all the great things that God did for me in Serbia, she stands out the most 😀 Thank you Anastazija for trusting us, spending time with us, and letting us see a little of who you are 🙂 It was so great to meet you and you are being remembered! Take care, and Lord willing either I or some of us can return and visit someday 😀 May God bless you and reveal Himself to you in ways you never thought possible!
