Hello, my name’s Samuel

 

I realized yesterday that I had posted my first blog ever, but never told y’all about me! 

Hello, my name’s Samuel Medcalf and I am a child of God. I am nineteen years old and have a heart full of love for christ! Now you may be thinking, “Man this dudes really into this Jesus guy.” well, you would be thinking correctly. 

I’m a home schooled high schooler and can’t wait to graduate this May! I love sports and any sort of competition! In my free time I play sports, hang out with family, or listen to music. I’m extremely passionate about missions and kids ministry. If I had a dream job it would be going all over the world ministering to children, youth and making music! I also enjoy cooking and eating good food, especially with good people!

I’m so excited that I got this amazing opportunity to go on a mission trip to Ghana, Africa this summer! I can’t wait to be able to teach and minister to the little children and orphans about God! Hopefully I’ll learn some good life lessons and grow in the process. 

I’d love any support that you could give me! Whether it be prayers (which I’ll need a lot of) or financially ( I’ll need some of that as well) it would be a big boost in furthering God’s work!

I’m so excited to build new relationships with new people and reconnect with others during this exciting journey! I hope the children’s lives, my supporters lives, and my life are truly changed by this crazy journey up ahead!
