I have some exciting news for y’all! I’M FULLY FUNDED… 18,017 dollars later! The Lord has provided through the people that have surrounded me with love and encouragement, the people that I barely know who donated large amounts, and the people that anonymously donated.

I questioned if I would even be able to raise $10,000 at the beginning of this process, but 10 month’s later I am fully funded and God has taught me the opposite of that. He has taught me that provides when he calls you to live life with him. He provides the means when you trust that he is in control. He provides rest when you feel like you can’t see the light on the other side. He provides guidance in times of need. He provides joy in times of hardship.

 

Fundraising Recap:

  1. Tshirts-50 sold

  2. 100+ letters sent out to family and friends

  3. Birthday Fundraiser organized by my aunt, sister and cousin where they had people donate $22 on my 22nd birthday, 35+ donors on that day! How awesome that God provided me with amazing people in my life who surprised me with this. I am so blessed by them 🙂

  4. Change jars- 14 people who each chose a country and put their extra change in the jar (this adds up y’all, you should do it too)

  5. MudLove Bracelets- Bracelets with encouraging words to remind those wearing them that God is there and encourage them daily, each bracelet provided a week of water to people in Africa. (75 bracelets sold, 75 weeks of water)

  6. Garage Sale- My mom and grandma worked hard to gather furniture and household items to sell to benefit my mission trip… raised over $1200!

 

These are all of the fundraisers that were done for the support of God’s work through my mission this year. I want to sincerely thank every single one of you for the financial support and encouragement in this journey to partner with God. You all are a part of my journey and are spreading God’s Kingdom through your support. I can’t wait to see where God takes me and all of you this next year and the rest of our lives. How blessed are we to be the children of Jesus!
