This post will be about my brother Caleb.

Caleb is 18 and lives in Virginia.  He has 2 brothers and a little sister.  He loves music and is a extremely talented musician.  Caleb will be pursuing a firefighting career when he gets back to the States.  He owns a very successful landscaping company right now.  Also, he is one of the funniest dudes I have ever met.  Our team will be having a bad day  and Caleb will do something that lightens the mood, he brings a lot of joy.  The Race for Caleb has been a good time of growth and lots of God pushing him to die more and more to himself.

As I did before I want to share 3 things Caleb does well and that have been an example to me.  First, his humility.  There have been times on the Race that someone will challenge Caleb to grown in a certain area.  Caleb always asks what he can do better and what he needs to change.  That takes humility to admit when you are wrong and sincerely want to grow.  All throughout the Bible God talks about humility and the importance of it.  Secondly, how much he cares and loves people.  Whenever we go somewhere Caleb is the first to go up and start talking and showing love to people.  Caleb is never to busy to talk with anybody.  He is gentle and caring with people, which really pushes me to get out of my comfort zone.  Finally, the amount of improvement in his daily devotional life.  One of the biggest things Caleb wanted to grow in on the Race was his commitment to reading the Bible.  He wanted it to be a daily thing, he wanted Scripture to be a genuine desire for him.  There has been a lot of ups and downs throughout the last 5 months, but there has been huge growth in that area.  It is so cool to now see him taking the initiative to make the Bible a priority.  Caleb is awesome and I love him and am Blessed to have him on my team.  He truly is a brother to me!
